13 Month Block of the Month Quilt

$30 per month includes:

- All fabrics for the quilt top, including background and binding
- Supporting online tutorial videos
- Monthly BOM support group at our Rockland Studio

When you register for our Block of the Month program, it is understood that you are registering for the entire 13 month program. We will prepare a kit for you each month with the understanding that you will remain in the program for the duration. Some slight fabric substitutions may occur.
Billing
This is a 13 month Block of the Month Program, running from February 2024 through February 2024. The $30 monthly fee will be charged on or around the 1st of each month for the 13 months of the Block of the Month Program.
When you click the link above to sign up for the Block of the Month, you will be asked to enter your name, address, email address and phone number. You will then select the color option you wish to purchase.
Once we receive your information, we will send you the first invoice for $30. We will send you your invoice via email through Square, the billing software we use. All credit card information is encrypted and secure.
Once you click the link, "Pay Invoice", you will be directed to the secure site to enter your credit card information. Please check the box, "Save my card on file with Cannizzaro Creations". This will set us up to charge your credit card each month for the 13 months of the Block of the Month Program.

If for any reason we are not able to charge your credit card, an email will be sent to you and your kit will be held until payment arrangements can be made. For this reason, we encourage you to let us know if you receive an updated credit card or expiration date.
Shipping, Handling and Tax
We will ship your purchase by Priority Mail on or about the 1st of each month. Shipping and Handling is included for shipping in the Continental United States.
If you are located outside of the Continental US, we will contact you to discuss shipping options.
Massachusetts State sales tax and shipping will included in the monthly fee.
Cancellation
We understand that things happen. If something happens that causes you to need to cancel, please let us know right away! Please understand that we must have all of the materials for the completed product on hand during the first month. This is to protect against possible dye lot changes or discontinued lines. If you do need to cancel, you may be charged to cover these costs.
